our approach

When was the last time you placed an order with the guarantee that an actual skilled craftsperson will handle your request? Unfortunately, business printing has become very hands-off as many people choose online printing solutions, where their orders are handled anonymously.

But what we offer here at Accent is unique: our personal, hands-on approach means we treat every job like it’s the only one in the shop. We take great pride in delivering creative, budget-conscious solutions. And with roots in the community for more than 35 years, a commitment to the highest quality, and a wealth of expertise, we’re dedicated to getting the job done right the first time.

our history

Since 1978, Accent Printing & Design has been making customers happy in the North Bay—and beyond. Our secret sauce: we care about our customers, no matter the size of their project. For us, it has always been about meticulous attention to all the little details, a commitment to honesty, and the ability to offer the creative guidance that elevates each project above and beyond what our customers expect.

Fun Fact: Did you know that current owner David Mohle worked as pressman for Accent for 13 years? When he had the opportunity to purchase the business in 2012 with his wife Caroline, he seized the opportunity to continue Accent’s legacy of quality service. Today, he’s just as humble—and obsessed with quality and personal service—as he was when he first opened the doors.

our expertise

Here at Accent Printing, we believe that nothing is more important than doing all we can do to ensure that your project turns out exceptional. For us, that means delivering award-winning quality, top-flight service, and the kind of expert input that makes your project unique.

With industry-leading technology and dedicated printing professionals, we specialize in outstanding one-, two- and full-color printing, as well as foil and die-cutting services, mailing, fulfillment, and graphic design. We also proudly offer eco-friendly printing solutions, including beautiful recycled paper stocks, vibrant soy-based inks, and other environmentally friendly printing options.

“We’ve used Accent since August of 2011 and have found them to be an invaluable resource. The quality of their work is first rate. They are professionals who are easy to work with and proud of what they produce.”

Sonoma County Tractor Company

accenting our community

As a small business ourselves, our hearts lie with our local communities, and we never pass up an opportunity to lend our support. We’re active in several Sonoma County Chambers of Commerce, from Mark West to the Santa Rosa Metro to Windsor to Healdsburg. We also support the Windsor High School Boosters and sponsor local sports teams, like the Healdsburg Prune Packers and the Resurrection Roller Girls—a roller derby team where you’ll find our very own graphic designer extraordinaire Amy tearing up the track. Speaking of things we love, we’re delighted to support the Windsor-based Green Dog Rescue Project in their mission to find homes for the dogs that need them most. (Avid dog lovers ourselves, our official Accent welcoming committee consists of two to four of our favorite canine companions on any given day.)

We also proudly helped bring The Wall That Heals, a three-quarter scale replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C., to Windsor. Traveling together with a mobile education center, the memorial helps build awareness of local servicemen who made the ultimate sacrifice for their country, helps increase public knowledge about the conflict itself, and offers closure for the families who lost a relative in the war.

David has also been honored by the Windsor Chamber of Commerce with a Spirit of Sonoma Award in recognition of personal contributions and leadership qualities.
